LevCloud Terms & Conditions
Applies to registration and use of the service
1. General
By creating an account and using LevCloud, you agree to these Terms & Conditions.
LevCloud provides virtual machine (VPS) rental and related features (wallet, billing, console, VM management).
2. Reseller relationship with infrastructure provider
LevCloud operates as a VPS reseller platform. Infrastructure services (servers, regions, stock, VM provisioning, and related APIs) are provided by WLJ Cloud or designated upstream providers.
Prices you pay to LevCloud may include markup above the provider’s wholesale rates. Region, package, and stock availability follow data synced from the upstream provider.
You understand that outages, maintenance, or policy changes on the upstream side may affect services you receive through LevCloud.
3. Account and security
You are responsible for keeping your account credentials confidential and for all activity under your account.
Email verification may be required before transactions or VM deployment.
LevCloud may suspend or close accounts that violate these terms or are used for illegal activity.
4. Wallet, payments, and orders
Wallet balance is used to check out VMs at the package price in effect at the time of order.
Top-ups may be via manual bank transfer (upload proof of transfer; admin approval) or online payment when enabled.
VM orders follow the selected billing cycle; renewals, reinstalls, and power actions follow platform policy and provider API availability.
All wallet top-ups and service fees are final. LevCloud does not refund top-ups to your bank account, e-wallet, or original payment method once credited to your wallet.
VM purchases, renewals, and other debits from your wallet are non-refundable after the service period has started or the VM has been provisioned, except where refund is required by applicable law.
If a VM order fails before successful provisioning due to a platform error, LevCloud may restore the amount to your wallet balance as a credit (not a payment reversal). Such adjustments are at LevCloud’s discretion and do not create an obligation to refund cash.
5. Acceptable use
You must not use VMs for spam, network attacks, illegal content, or violations of applicable law.
VM credentials are confidential; you agree not to share access without authorization.
Port forwarding and console access are provided as platform features; misuse may result in suspension.
6. Data and privacy
Account, transaction, and operational log data are stored for billing, support, and audit purposes under applicable privacy practices.
LevCloud may record the time and version of your Terms & Conditions acceptance at registration.
7. Limitation of liability
Services are provided “as is” to the extent permitted by law. LevCloud does not guarantee 100% uptime due to dependence on upstream providers and networks.
Indirect losses or data loss beyond reasonable platform control are not LevCloud’s responsibility.
8. Changes to these terms
These terms may be updated; the latest text is published on this page.
Continued use after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated terms, unless re-acceptance is required.
